The Site, including text, content, software, video, audio, graphics, photographs, images, pictures, artwork, names, logos and any other material is our “Content” and is protected by copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights. This Content includes content owned by us and/or content controlled by Elcampo IKE and/or content wholly owned and/or controlled by third parties and licensed to us for exclusive use. All written content, including articles, reports and all other elements that make up the Website, are copyrighted works and protected. There is no right to acquire and no other right or license other than this limited right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms for personal / non-commercial use.

The Company has endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website however, we do not guarantee or provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website. The Website and Content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, unless specifically stated.

Elcampo IKE has no control over or responsibility for links to third-party websites from website visitors. Use of such links to third-party websites is at your own risk.

We may conduct contests and promotions through the Site. There will be separate terms and conditions posted where applicable governing such competitions and promotions.

We reserve the right to terminate or limit your access to the Site at any time without notice or for any reason. You acknowledge that access to the Website is provided free of charge, and if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the Website, these terms and conditions, or with any content on the Website, then your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue use of the Website.

Terms of Accommodation

These terms and conditions are between you and Sweet Suites Apartments and apply to all apartment room bookings at any property in the Sweet Suites Apartments collection under our management , to the exclusion of all other general terms and conditions.

You agree to make reservations in good faith for any lawful use by you and your invited guests only and not for any other purpose, including but not limited to resale, unauthorized assignment or posting on third party websites, or making hypothetical, false or fraudulent bookings or any bookings contrary to demand.

These terms and conditions and any reservations made under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. This choice of law reserves all rights to the consumer protection offered by the provisions that cannot be challenged by any agreement because of the law where, in the absence of any choice, it would be applicable in the country where you reside. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amaliada, Greece.

Prices & Municipal tax

The room rate charges agreed at the time of booking will be applied to your booking. Meals, drinks and other extras are not included in the room rate charges, unless otherwise agreed (if booked including breakfast). All charges are inclusive of service tax and VAT and must be paid in local currency. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Room rate, breakfast and city tax charges must be paid on arrival. All other charges must be paid at check-out.

Please note that our apartments accept cash or card on arrival and bank transfer option in case you want to pay before your arrival. Please check with the reservations department to make sure this applies to the apartment of your choice. Please note that we are obliged to cancel your reservation if we do not receive a guarantee which is equal to 25% of the total price of the stay (days of stay X daily rate), and cannot be less than the price of one day.

Cancellation, no show & changes

Do you want to cancel your reservation? We have two types of prices: flexible and non-refundable. For all (group) bookings of 7 people or more, our group cancellation policy stated on your booking confirmation will apply.

Flexible prices

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 3pm the day before your arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged the first night. We only accept cancellations in writing. For any unforeseen event we advise you to always have travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance.

Refunds of prepaid charges are generally processed within 10 business days of the request to cancel or modify the reservation.

Non-refundable rates

With a non-refundable rate you cannot change or cancel your stay and so you will be charged 100% of the cost.

The hotel is authorized to charge your credit card at any time after a non-refundable reservation has been made. Please note that the charged card must be presented at check-in.

If you have booked a room through a travel agency or an online travel agency ( such as Booking.com or Expedia . com and Airbnb . com ), you must cancel or amend your booking through the agency you have used to make the booking.

Non-appearance

In the event of a no-show, we will charge the first night of your booking if you have made a flexible booking. In case you have made a non-refundable reservation, the full amount will be charged. The room will be released at 12pm (noon) the following day.

Changes

If you wish to amend your booking, neither the availability nor the price at the time of booking can be guaranteed. To avoid late cancellation fees, we advise you to modify your reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival date.

Payment methods

Cash on our premises.

By transfer to our bank accounts.

Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners.

Secure Transactions

All payments made using a card are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece SA and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Check – in time

Our check – in time starts from 3 pm. If you want to ensure an earlier arrival, we advise you to reserve a night before your arrival. Please note that this is subject to availability.

Check – out time

Check-out time is until 11 pm (noon). If you want to extend the check-out time an additional amount of € 10.00 per hour will be requested until 6 PM. In case you want to check out after 6pm, we will charge an extra night. All check-out time extensions are subject to availability.

Check-out Early

If you wish to depart earlier than your stated departure date, please let us know before 3pm of your previous departure date. This will also prevent any late cancellation fees.

Minors

If you are a minor and are not accompanied by a person over 18, Sweet Suites Apartments will not be able to check-in and we will be obliged to inform the relevant authorities.

Families with children

Sweet Suites Apartments provide baby cots upon request. Please inform us before your arrival. Sweet Suites Apartments also provide a babysitting service during busy periods, please inquire for information and rates prior to your arrival. Sweet Suites Apartments have family rooms which are equipped with a bunk bed in a room within the room. Our family rooms can be booked subject to availability.

Pets

Pets are allowed in certain apartments.

No smoking.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. When evidence of smoking is found in your room or in common areas, management reserves the right to take appropriate action.

Parking lot

Sweet Suites Apartments do not have their own parking facilities. You can park your car on the street (residential area) or in any private parking lot nearby. Please note that there are additional charges and reservations cannot be made.

Responsibility

The management cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of your personal belongings in the apartments.

Lost

All items found in the apartments will be recorded and stored for three months.

Damage to the apartments including our property

Any damage to rooms and apartment facilities caused by you during your stay, as well as any items missing on your departure will be charged.

Unforeseen circumstances

Sweet Suites Apartments does not accept responsibility or pay any compensation for failure to provide the mentioned services due to circumstances beyond our control: (natural) disasters, fire, (acts of) war and terrorism, strikes, demonstrations, social riots, government regulations, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions or any other unusual and catastrophic event, condition or emergency, which makes impossible, illegal or prevents our guests from staying in our apartments.

Wi-Fi

Within the premises all guests can enjoy free WIFI services. Ask reception to get a password and/or login details.

Our wireless network is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, fast, secure or error-free at all times or that it will meet your requirements. Sweet Suites Apartments is not responsible for the security, integrity, correctness or completeness of any information you transmit or receive while using our WIFI. You may not use our WIFI network for any purpose which is illegal or prohibited.

Privacy

During your stay, Sweet Suites Apartments collects your personal data. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement as well as applicable GDPR laws and regulations. The data collected by third party booking parties using cookies etc. when browsing their website is beyond our control. We will quote the Privacy Statement of the agency you used to make your booking. For more information about your privacy within Sweet Suites Apartments , we refer you to the Privacy Statement available on our website.

Photos and videos

Any photographing, filming, reproduction or presentation of images including facilities and of Sweet Suites Apartments , for use that does not strictly fall into the category of private use, is subject to our prior approval. Applicable law

The terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Amaliada.
